David Henry

David leads the Finance team which is responsible for financial planning and analysis across the portfolio. He has worked on over $850 Million in marina transactions since joining Suntex in 2012. Prior to joining Suntex, David worked at a family office primarily focused on investing in, owning, and operating Class A office space and hotels.

David graduate from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a Concentration in Finance. He also wrestled for Duke University during his time there.
