As Suntex Marina’s Vice President of Food & Beverage, Tom is responsible for managing all aspects of Food & Beverage operations within the company. Accompanied by a team of dedicated hospitality professionals who focus exceeding the expectations of our customers.
Prior to joining Suntex, Tom was Vice President/GM of Marina Jack Restaurant Group for 16 years overseeing the Florida Gulf Coast’s largest regional restaurant operations. Operations included four unique waterfront concepts concentrated in the Sarasota region.
Tom also spent time at Hyatt Hotels over an approximately 8-year period and held positions of increasing responsibility at the Hyatt Regency Hilton Head Resort, Grand Hyatt Denver and Hyatt Regency New Orleans. At his final location-Hyatt Regency Sarasota, Tom served as the Director of Food & Beverage.
In addition to his experience in the hospitality industry, Tom is also a graduate from Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
